Support us

ExpressoTS is an independent, MIT-licensed open-source project. Active development is made possible by the people who use it, sponsor it, and contribute to it.

Whatever form your support takes, it matters. Together we can make ExpressoTS the go-to TypeScript framework for backend developers everywhere.

Support commitment

  • v4.0.0 ships in May 2026 and is supported through May 2028 (24 months of bug & security fixes).
  • v3.0.0 is in bug-and-security mode through December 4, 2026.
  • See Release notes → Support policy for the full version matrix.

The longer the support window, the more important your support is. Sponsorship and contributions directly fund maintainer hours that keep the supported lines patched.

How you can support us

There are several concrete ways to help the project grow:

  • Become a Sponsor on GitHub: financial support lets us allocate more time to the project, accelerating feature work and keeping the supported lines patched on schedule.

  • Follow and Star the Project on GitHub: visibility brings contributors. A star takes a second; it materially helps.

  • Join our Community on LinkedIn: the place we announce releases, talks, and partnerships.

  • Join Our Discord Community: talk to other users, ask questions, help triage issues, and shape the roadmap.

  • Contribute code or docs: pick anything labelled good first issue or help wanted. See Governance for the contributor path.

  • Spread the word: write a blog post, give a talk, file a benchmark, ship a template. The more real-world adoption ExpressoTS gets, the better it becomes.

Enterprise support

If your organisation runs ExpressoTS in production and needs a guaranteed support response, an extended support window beyond the 24-month baseline, or private security advisories ahead of public disclosure, reach out directly on Discord and we will schedule a conversation.

Thank you ❤️

Thank you for being part of this journey.

If you have questions or suggestions, ping us on Discord. We always love hearing from people using the framework in the wild.
